An important part of any day aboard a yacht at sea are the meals and your experience aboard Katharine is no different. Our Head Chef, Samantha, who is a London City of Guilds trained chef, has gained valuable experience aboard a variety of renowned charter yachts. She brings a passion and flair to the gourmet experience to Katharine. She strives to offer guests not only delicious and beautifully presented meals using local fresh produce and foods, but also strives to keep meals light and healthy.
